For more than two decades I have helped build, lead and grow technology businesses across infrastructure, cyber security, cloud, managed services, operations and business systems.

I am one of the owners of JEM Managed IT Services (JEM Computer Systems Pty Ltd), a Sydney-based technology services business that has supported organisations across Australia for more than two decades. During that time, the business has grown from a small team of fewer than ten people into an organisation of around seventy employees, while expanding annual revenue from approximately $3 million to more than $20 million. Through this experience I have worked alongside customers, technical teams and business leaders to deliver technology strategy, infrastructure, security and operational improvements that create measurable business value.

My focus today extends beyond technology alone, exploring how artificial intelligence, automation and modern business systems can help organisations operate more effectively, make better decisions and scale with confidence.

I am also proud to be the son of the late James Pegler, an Australian entertainer and vocalist whose career spanned several decades. While our professional paths were very different, his professionalism, work ethic and ability to connect with people remain an enduring influence on my approach to leadership and business.
